Return Policy
Thank you for choosing our products! To ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following Return Policy, which aims to provide transparency and clarity regarding the conditions for returns, refunds, and warranties.

Return for Manufacturing Defects
The customer has up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to notify our team of any defects or damages that may have occurred during transportation or manufacturing.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer should report it immediately—preferably at the time of delivery—so that we can arrange for an exchange or repair of the product at no additional cost. -
Return for Change of Mind
The customer has up to 14 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return due to a change of mind.
To proceed with a return for change of mind, the product must be returned unused and in the same condition in which it was sent, including the original packaging and all included accessories.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. -
After the 14-Day Period
After 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product, it will no longer be possible to request a refund due to change of mind or defect.
Beyond this period, the product's warranty remains in effect, covering manufacturing defects or technical issues; however, the option for a refund or exchange due to change of mind will no longer be available. -
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
The refund will be issued only if the product is in perfect condition and exactly as it was sent. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing components, the refund will be denied.
We do not provide return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our service center and bearing all related shipping costs.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, once the product’s condition has been verified. -
Warranty
For products with defects, after the return period for change of mind or defect has expired, the product’s warranty will remain in effect. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, and the resolution will be either an exchange or repair of the item, as determined by our technical team.
